Item ready for pickup, but delivered already! HELP! No payout!
I sold an item that said the item was going to be delivered on a certain date, then it said the item was ready for pickup. The buyer RECEIVED the item at their home. I messaged them and they have no idea why the item says pickup. Now I wont get paid until it says delivered? The buyer already left me positive feedback. I don't know how to fix this. Please help.

Reason I ask is that I'm seeing all kinds of problems in recent days with eBay failing to display the latest tracking information that USPS.com is showing just fine on their own website. In particular, I've got one outbound shipment that was supposed to go out yesterday (July 10) in order to meet my Handling time, and actually did, but eBay is still showing it only as USPS Awaiting Item, fully 24 hours after they actually scanned it in.
Here's the kicker: that was one of two packages scanned in just seconds apart at the PO. Both are showing normal tracking on USPS.com, but only one of the two shows its correct tracking status on eBay. The other one is displaying as a potential Late Shipping defect for me. Hopefully when it is delivered on time (and I have no reason to suspect that it won't), eBay will at least see that.

eBay should pay you eventually as long as the buyer does not complain. It may take longer than if you had a delivery scan or if the buyer provided the pickup code to verify a local pickup, but you should still be paid.
