An item I sold was picked up at our store. How do I notify eBay of that? They’re still questioning why item not shipped.

You can not change the delivery method after the sale.
If the buyer would like to pick up an item that was supposed to be shipped the way to handle it is to cancel the sale using problem with buyer's address and relist the item with the correct shipping method for them to repurchase. With local pick up the buyer receives a QR code and a digit code that the seller enters into the eBay APP as proof of delivery.

As already said above all you can do is mark it as shipped on the order. The option is in the drop down menu for the item on your orders page.

·10 months agoWhen you deliver an item for local pickup you need to scan the local pickup QR Code to register the pickup with eBay. Otherwise, you will get dinged with a defect for late shipment since you do not have a valid tracking number.

·10 months agoUnless it was listed with local pick up, all you can do is mark it shipped.
