ITEM DOES NOT SHOW UP IN MY PURCHASE HISTORY
Weeks ago I purchased an xbox game system from a top seller on ebay, the xbox arrived fine, my problem is the purchase does not show up anywhere in my purchase history. All past purchases show up, but not the xbox purchase. For my own comfort I really would like the item to show up in my purchase history. The seller is guaranteecellular

Did you make the purchase as a guest?

OP3 weeks agoI ordered the same way I always order on ebay. I believe the seller fixed it so I could not leave feedback. The item I ordered was for a "all digital" xbox One, but the system they sent me was digital and dick, I am happy with what I got but I should of been able to leave feedback ...it just sucks they treated me this way.

·3 weeks ago@li-794441 It may be as simple as changing the date on the list of purchases you are trying to review. When you are in your Purchase History, on the upper right side, just above where you see your purchases start to list is a box with a drop down menu available. There you can select what period of time you want to review your purchases for.

OP2 weeks agoI did this and still no sale of an xbox game system is showing, also I clicked on a link to review my order and this is what it says, Order not found

In an email it says I will be able to leave feedback after 7 days have passed, I got the order on Aug. 28, so clearly I should be able to leave feedback by now.

OP3 weeks agoI believe the seller knew what they were doing in denying me a chance to leave feedback. The order was for a "all digital" xbox, what they sent me was in fact not "all digital," he has digital but it also takes game dicks. I know they are a top seller but they should not of denied me the ability to leave feedback. As far as the system, it was in excellent condition and works fine and I am okay with it, its just not what I ordered.

You should consider the possibility that you may have purchased using a different eBay account or as a guest.
