Item descriptions not showing on listings.
Item descriptions are not showing on ebay listings. I have tried using Chrome and Edge browsers and the result is the same, I won't purchase an item if I can't read the description.

·3 days ago · EditedFor me, only one listing out of 60 doesn't show the description. Checked 4 browsers, private browser, cleared cache, deleted cookies, disabled blocker, signed out and back in, and it's still not there. It is there when I go to revise. ·3 days agoHere's the fix, at least on my desktop Windows computer.
I revised with this process:
Copied description text, deleted it, added one word so it will revise, hit Revise It. Then go to the listing, hit Revise Listing, and paste the old text back in, and hit Revise It.
The text showed back up on all browsers.

Any difference if you temporarily disable your ad blocker?

OP3 days agoI tried pausing adblock and now I have disabled both adblock and AVG but the problem is still there.

·3 days agoAny difference if you try a private or incognito browser window? Or a newly installed browser you have not used before?
If either of those work better, try clearing your cache in the original browser, and possibly deleting just your eBay cookies manually.

OP3 days agoAfter disabling Adblock and AVG, I refreshed the ebay page and there was no difference, I then closed and reopened ebay and the descriptions were there, I then re-enabled Adblock and AVG and they are still there???
