Item description has disappeared from my listings!
I am returning to selling on eBay after being gone a long time. Just posted my first two listings. Why is my item description disappearing ? Everything else is still the same, but no item description, which is very important if I am to succeed in these two initial auctions. Suggestions on how to fix this?

Try another browser to see if that allows you to see your descriptions.

OP2 years agoI only use Firefox. But thank you for your quick response! I am working on an iPad right now instead of my MacBook. Maybe something is different. Anyway, happy to hear that the item descriptions are there.

OP2 years agoInteresting…I just went to my listings and there are no item descriptions, just a black empty box. It must be the iPad that I am working on . Maybe one of settings need changed or something…
