Issue with Uploading Listing Photos on Phone App Constant Error Code | Report eBay Technical Issues

I've had this issue for a couple of weeks now when uploading photos on a draft listing using the phone app. It will start uploading and then a black screen will appear with an error code, I then have to completely back out of the listing and go back into it to finish it.
