Issue with the "Report suspicious seller activity" form

I'm trying to report a seller through the form https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicId=4850 without success. After submitting the form I'm receiving the following message: "We ran into a problem. Please try again later.", could you please fix or give me another way to report the seller?

Be sure you are using the seller username, not the store name that may appear in the listing. The username should appear on the seller's classic feedback page.

Are you copying-and-pasting the Seller ID into the form? I'm wondering if it's failing to match the ID you submitted with an active seller.
