Issue Resolution Center won't allow me to END LISTING

I've tried every day for more than 2 weeks to end, not appeal an item in the Issue Resolution center - I get this result

·4 months agoJust had to delete one of these on mobile. Looks like ebay unleashed the crappy AI again to take down perfectly good listings.
Appeals are also useless and likely come with an automated "appeal denied" follow up
If you refuse to get the app, the listings do go away in 90 days

·4 months agoI had the same problem recently, after I ended a listing that was banned for containing small magnets. I tried to delete the inactive listing, but kept seeing the same thing as in your screen shot, unable to delete it at all, even after a month had passed.
Thankfully, someone else posted a solution that worked. If you use the mobile app, you can delete the inactive listing. For some reason it won't let you do this on desktop. Hopefully that helps 🙂

It might be worth installing the app just to delete the listing. You can always delete the app afterwards.
