I am. I messaged eBay support last evening and Victoria was attempting to help. I gave her some item #'s it happened to and I stopped hearing from her. Hopefully she forwarded the info to glitch support.

It's a known issue @sarahs_dad . Click the ? icon on the bottom right of most any eBay page (or shake your phone if you're on the app), click the link to report a tech issue, then say your account is affected by ALERT16099 - insertion fees charged for revisions.
