iPhone 16 Pro & Pro Max videos not able to upload to a listing | Report eBay Technical Issues

I have recently bought a new Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max, and now when I take a video to upload to a new eBay listing the video uploads, goes to under review and then is removed by eBay with a message "the video cannot be processed". Pictures are no problem. It appears that the new iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max take videos which are not compatible for eBay listings. They are the correct format .MOV and less than 150mb. Reported to eBay but no solution. A video taken on earlier iPhones upload no problem. Any suggestions?
