iPad Pro and iPad Air Ebay Live Screen small and will not display properly on app
Hi all! I have deleted, updated and cleared cache, when I join an ebay live show through the app it does not display the whole screen and if I try to pinch or make bigger it takes me to another show. It worked fine on Monday. I logged in Thursday aka yesterday no it is an issue... I have as I indicated deleted the app, reinstalled, cleared cache etc... made sure the iPads and the ebay app are up to date.....still not working... any help out there?

·11 months ago@fel29 @blackdraws For now you may want to use your iPad's web browser for eBay Live until this is fixed.
File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.
Options through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report.

·11 months agoSame here , last week everything was fine , this week eBay live window is resized, I can see the item but not the bid button , and when I move it up to bid it goes to the next auction , that’s on my iPad but my phone does not have the same issue , and like you I have deleted everything several times , but nothing helps .
