Invoices doesn't decrease amount for Variations
When a buyer requests a invoice, and it is paid out, the amount left does not decrease for the variation that is bought. So future buyers keep buying items i do not have in-stock

OP1 week agoso whats the workaround? to not allow invoices? this is getting frustrating now. I've had to cancel 3 orders.

·1 week agoYes it does. It doesn't have to be a variation listing either. I have lots of single listings with a multiple quantity of the same item. When a buyer purchases, the amount remaining is reduced by what they purchased.
Now the thing to keep in mind with ANY listing with a multiple quantity. If that listing closes and you sell similar or relist it, the qty go will go back to what it was originally, you have to change it if the amount is different.

OP1 week agoIt's not reducing it by what they purchased by. In the variation it will still show in-stock even though it should be out of stock, It reduces it correctly when it is not a invoice.
