Insertion fees are not being credited AGAIN!
The last day that I received insertion fee credits was on April 7th...since then I have had hundreds of listings that have sold that were supposed to have the insertion fees credited...but the fees aren't being credited to my account. This happened to me before and it took 3 months of dealing with Ebay customer service to get the issue resolved.
Come on Ebay...this is getting ridiculous... 😡

Old? It says the insertion fee credit information right on the Ebay store subscription page:

The NEW version reads (mentions nothing about getting 'refunded if sold')

OP4 months agoEbay customer service is still a waste of time. I'm chatting with a customer service rep and they are telling me store insertion fees are never credited. That's funny...the Help section clearly states otherwise:

OP4 months ago200+ uncredited listing fees x $0.25 each = $50.00+ they owe me.
Check your accounts people...it could be happening to you too!

·4 months agoWhy are you getting (or not getting) insertion fees credited?
I am either charged or not charged insertion fees.

OP4 months agoAfter the 250 free auction listings, Ebay store sellers are charged $0.25 per auction for a listing fee. If the item sells, the listing fee is credited back to the account. It's always been this way. At least it was until April 7th...when they stopped crediting my account AGAIN...
