inputting tracking number fails, glitch
inputting tracking number fails if used on the same person same address.
Ebay has been refunding all these orders and i can't stop them or appeal these claims.
they pretend they only speak Spanish, and refuse to talk to me in English.

·6 months agoIf the buyer placed multiple orders using guest checkout then the userid will be different and you won't be able to use the same tracking number. I suggest using bulk labels as it will show you which orders can be combined and which can't.
