Incorrect shipping fees
I had the same problem with my last two sales. You are charging the buyer $4.33 and charging me over $9.00
I assume the loss on the first one thinking it will correct by itself. But I cancelled the second order and explained the customer the reason. It looks like you have not updated the Post Office rates.

·1 week ago@jcoro with only 60 items sold in the past 3 months that cancellation may affect your seller level, if it has not already. Beware of falling Below Standard, it can be extremely damaging to your business.

·1 week agoDid you ever get this straightened out or find out what happened? I'm having the problem now. My last 2 sales the items were only 2 pounds. They charged the customer $6 and change but my cost was over $9.

·1 week ago@findersltd Please confirm what type of shipping you are using. If you using calculated, can you provide the weight and box dimensions you entered into the listing, along with the zipcode you shipped from and shipped to. Tag me so I see your response.

·1 week ago@christworks I am using calculated shipping USPS ground advantage. The box was 8X8X8. This is only happening with the weights that are 3-5 pounds. They are all showing a cost of $6.07 and that is what it is charging the buyer. I know that is an impossible amount to ship to NY or Pennsylvania.
Yesterday's package I had put it at 3 pounds when I did the listing. The customer was charged the $6.07. When I went to put in the corrected package weight It was just under 2 pounds. When I adjusted it the price jumped to $9.67. It was charging more for a lighter amount. No other things were changed. It happened the day before as well.
The items were being shipped from zip code 34947>
Both packages were going to 11710-2715.

·1 week agoLooks like you were charged the correct prices. Currently it is cheaper to send 3 to 5 pounds than 2 pounds. You need to make sure you have accurate weights and package size specified in you listing. Using different calculations after the sale may get you different rates.
Some people have reported that when they bump up the weight to 3 pounds but it was only 2 pounds they later get a Price Adjustment for the shipping fees.

·1 week ago@stephenmorgan I just looked at the shipping calculator and it does price it at $6.07.
My concern is the USPS click and ship does not show the 3-5 pounds as being a cheaper option (I know the rate on here will be different) than 2 pounds. Is the price difference going to come back at some time as an adjustment , because the charge on here is wrong.

·1 week agoThe charge on here isn't wrong. It's correct - 2 lbs. DOES cost more than 3-5 lbs.
