Incorrect Expected Delivery Times Shown to Buyer
Had a buyer make a purchase from me and eBay show the buyer an expeceted delivery date base on USPS Ground Advantage shipping of Jun 28, 2025 - Jul 3, 2025.
Problem is this order was shipping to an APO with zip of 96206-0008 and according the USPS that shipping time for Ground Advantage is 30-45 days. See https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Sending-Military-and-Diplomatic-Mail
So this has caused buyer to request refund for item that is enroute but could take 45 days and I as the seller have no recourse.
Can you update your shipping template to reflect the correct amount of shipping days?

You can use this link > eBay Home Page to locate the icon to report content, send feedback to eBay, or to report a technical problem (see screenshot below):
If you a chat option to communicate with an Agent, you'll have to answer some questions with the eBay Automated Assistant before the assistant notifies an Agent:
Click on this link to begin an eBay Chat > Contact eBay
eBay Customer Service help is also available on social media:
> eBay for Sellers: Instagram
Do Not Post Your Account Information Publicly. Use the private messaging options:
You'll need to provide your user ID, your name, your address, and the registered email address attached to your account. Also, be sure to give them plenty of details.
The eBay Agents usually respond in a day or two and may research the situation better than the "Request a call back" agent or a "chat session" agent.
