Inacurate estimated Delivery dates being shown to buyers
One of my recent orders showed the info below. It states we should ship by Nov 7, which is fine, but the estimated delivery date shown to the buyer is Nov 4 thru the 8th. From Illinois to California. We have a 3-day handling time. Thank you.

·2 years agoYep. It's kind of like we get swatted for over-performing. My 3-Day Handling Time means nothing, either. Hate it, too.

·2 years agoeBay shows estimated delivery dates that are calculated with a seller's 'historical' handling time, not their actual handling time. So if you typically ship next day, eBay's calculating estimated delivery dates based on next day handling.
We (sellers) all hate it.
