Inactive Listings Remain Visible Under Active Listings...
and show the listing has "ended" – but these inactive listings remain under my store's account as active items.
I am unable to remove them or "end" them as any action is being disallowed.
Waited a few hours to see if there would be a system recycle - nothing yet.
Is this a known bug?

·2 weeks agoI assume it's related to my glitches.
My hub says 170 unsold and not relisted, but when I click on it, only 140 show there.
Also, hub says 3 auctions with bids, but when I click on it, only 1 appears in the list.

·2 weeks agoI am having the same problem, expired listings still showing as active - although I was able to re-list them and now they show twice on my feed.
Additionally, I have one sale that is not showing under Orders, though I got an email telling me it was sold and paid for. How do I contact the buyer??

·2 weeks ago@airburst In the Seller Hub under Active Listings, you can see ALL listings you have whether or not they have a quantity available for purchase or not. The ones with no qty will remain there for up to 90 days unless you actually delete them. But if you get more stock in, you can reactivate / relist the item with an updated qty. OR is you have your Site Preferences for inventory set to allow OOS [out of stock] the zero qty listings will remain there for you to update as needed for up to 6 months.
Listings that you see in your Active Listings that do not have a qty can NOT be seen in your store or by buyers searching for stuff. Listings that do not have a qty can't be purchased from.
