I need to chat
This was my last try to get through to an agent. I must have tried 10 or 12 times with the AI and it kept telling me that an agent will phone me. That does not help me at all. What do I do?

At the bottom of this page I see an email option. You may also get a CHAT option on that page as well by doing this:
Click Contact Us
When the Chat box opens,
Click "eBay for users with special access needs"
Click Contact an agent
Click Chat with an agent

·1 month agoI have found I get a better response (for most problems) by asking a question on the forums. When that doesn't work, I go to Youtube and someone has usually already covered the problem. Tell us what your problem is. I promise to ignore you no less than eBay is ignoring you <g>.
But really, Youtube or the forums here can solve most of your problems, unless you are trying to get a refund from eBay. Can't help much with that.

You may be better off asking your general question here for advice from experienced users.
If you are unable to get a call back, try contacting eBay via social media by sending a direct message to eBay via Instagram.

OP1 month agoI don't have instagram. I guess I'm too old for this kind of tech.
