I made an offer an eBay immediately said "order confirmed" but nothing happened.

I tried on different ebay item, put offers in and said confirmation agreed but then nothing. I can still purchase items and pay for them at full price. But can't put offers in. I am using my Samsung phone App.

Exact same thing happening to me currently. Sent multiple confirmed offers previous days (got email and in app notification confirming offer sent, remaining offer count reduces) yesterday sent a few offers but realized none are getting through: go through offer screens all the way until the app gives an "order confirmed" animation but no offer is confirmed sent in app history or via email. As well when I try again, it always says 5 offers left. Any help appreciated.
