i have 5 gift card code , and all of them not working .
gift card is the rewards from Capitoloneshopping.com
I used them in the last 2 years and have no issue at all til 5 days ago . all of the gift card show the right balance at check out , as soon as I hit confirm and pay , it give me the error" no balance left "
email Capitolone and they said the gift card is good , it's ebay glitch.
Today I got a refund from a seller for $67 . try to buy a phone for $90 . At checkout , it show the right amount $67 giftcard refund . Hit pay , then boom " there's an issue with your payment type " . the refund gift card gone .
Anyone here have any issue redeem gift card ??? i chatted with ebay and they said they let me know in few more days .....
