I Created a New Category in My Store and Can't See It | Report eBay Technical Issues

Hi,I created a new category in my store, added a couple of items to it and published it a few days ago. I couldn't see the new category or the new items, so I waited a couple of days. *I did check and I have the Category Preference set to Store Categories. Today, the new category still wasn't visible, so I deleted the category, reset my browser and re-added the category. Same results.I think I am doing it right but don't know what else to check.Any troubleshooting insight would be helpful.Thanks in advance,-Kenny
