I can't upgrade my macOS Sierra V.10.12.6 to Mac OS High Sierra or anything latest. Any Suggestions?

I also tried the Apple store to upgrade to the latest browser, but, it doesn't give me the option to download the new update.... Any work-a-rounds would be appreciated...

What Mac model do you have? Some are capped at Sierra, others may just need a workaround depending on your situation.
