I can't send to message eBay seller and chat with eBay agent.

When I send a message to the eBay seller,
the following error message appears.
I'm not the only one with this message,
I know other eBay users are also struggling with this problem.
why can't eBay solve this problem?

What is the matter with you?

It's been a year since I've had this situation.

Same symptoms in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
I've also deleted cookies.
I've done everything I can.
This is an eBay issue.

To report eBay Technical Issues only now,
Because I now know that there is a Report eBay Technical Issue page.

Please solve my problem.

That error message is coming from Distil -- a third party service that is used by eBay and other sites to prevent bots from scraping content. It can be triggered by disabling JavaScript, repeatedly interrupting page loads or interrupting a page load in a particular way. If you are using a link that is not redirecting properly and creating a loop, that can also trigger that message.

Try using an alternative link to contact sellers, such as the Contact link on the seller's profile or feedback page.
