I can't see the sold in filters when looking up sell thru rate, where is it?
I use the sold in filters to figure out the sell thru rate. I was listing yesterday on my desktop and saw it the first part of the day but now it's gone. I tried several items I know sell daily so it's def not there and still could not see it. What did Ebay do with it?

·9 months agoThe sold option box is still present, it now appears at the top of the page, no longer under completed items like it used to be

·9 months agoI may be wrong but I think the app problem has to do with a new Ebay change in which only sellers using the pay per click will get the top search results because I could fish it out if I looked hard enough, and did enough clicking. It might not stay that way but rather a work in progress.
Might not be the issue but I really thought that when I saw it behaving that way.

·9 months agoA related thread involving an older version the app:
https://community.ebay.com/t5/Ask-a-Mentor/Suddenly-unable-to-view-any-Advanced-Search-features-namely-Sold/m-p/35427392/highlight/true#M1020985
It appears that for affected users, the Filter menu is not scrolling, leaving many options unable to be selected. Possibly related to screen magnification settings or font size.

OP9 months agothanks, I tried looking around for any threads with the same issue but kept seeing one from 2024. I haven't changed my setting for fonts or my screen view. but good to know going forward.

·9 months agoI use my desktop and the Sold Items filter is not visible in Firefox (also missing from the "see more" option).
No issues when using Chrome.

·9 months agoIf a feature is working in one browser but not another, that indicates that the problem may be with the specific browser (or the browser's cache, cookies, settings, version or add-ons).
Try clearing the cache in the problematic browser, and if that does not help, try manually deleting just your eBay cookies to see if that makes a difference. No need to clear all cookies; that will force you to have to sign in to many other sites unnecessarily.
It is also possible that eBay is making changes that are not rolling out evenly everywhere, so if you clear your cache and eBay cookies in a browser where the feature is working, it may stop working. So, for now, limit your cache clearing and eBay cookie deleting to browsers where things aren't working right.

OP9 months agoGood to know, I don't use Firefox very much my husband put it on by computer because he likes it. I just cleared the cache/cookies on my desktop the day before yesterday and it stopped showing up in the middle of the say yesterday. I won't touch anything. I can at least see it in Firefox and my phone so will make do with that.

·9 months agoI'm also using version 6.239.0.2 of the Android app and still see the option for both completed and sold filters - but you have to select Show More.
Honestly I don't usually use the app for those searches, so not sure if this is a change or not, just providing a screenshot in case it might help those who are having trouble finding it.

·9 months agoSold option has disppeared from filters on the app for me. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. The completed option has gone as well.

I still see the "sold" and "completed" filter options when searching using the 6.239.0.2 version of the eBay app for Android.

·9 months agoIs it there if you scroll up to the top of the page?
It looks to me like eBay may be testing something. In FireFox, I still see it where it normally is.
But in Chrome, it's no longer there.
Instead it has been moved closer to the top, under the categories.

OP9 months agoAh good point, I checked on Firefox and it's there but on safari it's not. I use safari on my desktop to list.
I see it on my phone as well. It' must be a glitch or like someone said Ebay must be doing something.
Thank you for your answer. I keep thinking I'm replying and hit best answer instead, otherwise I would have selected yours.
Kind Regards,
Anne

·9 months agoThank you for pointing this out... I now see the Sold Items in Firefox in the new location.
Chrome worked yesterday, but this morning when I click on See Original Listing -- the listing flashes and disappears.
So, again... thank you for taking the time to point out the Firefox correction! Saved my day!

Try temporarily disabling your ad blocker in Chrome to see if that allows you to see the original listing. Sometimes an overly aggressive ad blocking rule can remove other content.
