I can not locate my purchase on the Ebay website
I need to return this order as it arrived Damaged and incomplete. I could not find any information on this order on Ebay website while it was in shipping ,and now I can not find any trace of it to help with the return. M credit card has been billed.

·3 years agoIf you have more than one eBay account, make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the purchase.
If you purchased as a guest, you should have received an email from eBay with details of your purchase and links to use if there are issues. You may have to sign out of your current account to use those links for a guest purchase.

Did you perhaps purchase as a guest?
