I Can No Longer Search For Sold Listings On the Ebay App
I'm a reseller, and on January 7th, I was looking up a product on the ebay app: I opened filters with the intention of looking up sold listings, and realized that the button I would normally select to view sold listings was gone.
It looks like a lot of other filter options are gone, as well, as the list of options is much shorter than it used to be.
I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem, and if they have any solutions or information on it.

OP8 months agoAs of January 15th, The sold filter is back on the Ebay app for me!
Not sure what happened, but it looks like the problem is fixed now, at least for me

·8 months agoOn the desktop version, I am able to search "Completed," but I can no longer filter for "Sold." On my iPhone, I can no longer filter by "Completed" or "Sold." As a seller, I previously used these search filters on a daily basis, for making decisions about inventory acquisition, for price setting, and for determining seasonal timing for various listings. As a buyer, I used this information, in order to present reasonable Best Offers for sellers to entertain. I sincerely hope these important filter features are restored.

See if the "sold" option now appears elsewhere on the page, possibly higher up. If not, you should still be able to choose that option on the Advanced Search page. Or try a different browser to see if that works better.

Older app versions may no longer work.

·8 months agoTo use the latest version of the eBay app on iOS (6.220.0) you must have at least iOS 17.
If the latest version that works with iOS 16 is not allowing you to search sold listings, use a browser instead.
