Huge wait time for Condition API

when posting new ads, and selecting if a card is graded or ungraded, your API takes forever to populate the 2nd combo of condition.

Scenario for test: try to create a new ad for a MTG card and in condition type, select ungraded.

you will notice the wait time for the 2nd combo box to be available.

I've seen this repeatedly. Originally got better when i switched from FireFox to Edge but now happens within Edge on every listing.

Any difference if you use a private or incognito browser window?
