How do i Speak to eBay Support Appeal Team?

I am writing to you because standard support has failed to show any humanity or understanding of my situation. My account legend_mercedes_w124 (Ukraine 🇺🇦) was permanently suspended without any prior warnings or chance to explain.

The cancellations (BBE) that triggered this were a direct result of force majeure due to the war—constant blackouts and logistical collapses. I have already fixed these issues by changing carriers and warehouses, but support keeps sending scripted, automated replies.

Selling on eBay is my dream, and I’ve fulfilled all my recent orders. I am asking for a manual review by a real person who understands the reality of selling from a war zone.

Please help a dedicated Ukrainian seller.

Business decisions are based on rules, not feelings. If eBay based their decisions on feelings, they would not still be around decades later.

Permanent means forever. Your time is eBay is done. I'm sorry. Also, eBay does not owe you a warning or a chance to explain. They owe you no reason at all. It is in their Terms of Service that you agreed to when you started selling.

I imagine now eBay has become a nightmare. My advice is to come up with a new dream.

So bascially you want an eBay employee from the Ukraine to review your situation? Listen, I'm sorry, but it won't happen. There is no manual review. There are no more appeals. If you make a new account, that will be a policy violation and they will shut it down very quickly.
