How can I actually contact an eBay representative to receive assistance?
I am trying to bid on items, but the system keeps asking me to obtain a verification code by text or phone call. I cannot receive texts. When I click on the call me button, I never receive a call. Nowhere can I find a phone number or even an email address to get help from an actual eBay representative. Is there any possible way to contact eBay and actually receive assistance?

·1 year ago'verification code by text or phone call'...usually I would have this in regards to a credit card being used.
I usually send a bill to a couple in text.(I do weddings)...If I can't charge their bill with their credit card on file I would call the couple. The couple then calls or texts their credit card to approve the sale...and then I am able to ring up the charge. This is usually a charge for over $1000. usually but can be a small sum as well.
A possible problem is a continuation of you buying only from this one seller for years?
I have never seen a buyer only buy so many purchases over the years from one seller. Quite unusual.
Customer service reps I feel won't be of any help.
Have you tried to bid on only one item?...and a little off but can you place a bid with someone else to see if it's you or the seller?

There was another thread on this (actually many) issue where it was suggested to see if your phone # attached to your account is "verified" with eBay. Verifying the # may solve the problem.
