Hidden Tags & Trademarks
Can the use of hidden tags in a listing be considered a trademark infringement? For instance. A listing useing my trademark to draw attention to their own product even though their product is different to what my product is? For instance: Let's say I sell rubber foot wear. Is it legal to use the tag "Goodyear" that is a trademarked name for the sale of rubber tires?

Regardless of whether it is trademark infringement this could still be a policy violation for Search Manipulation. Use the Report button on the listing.
