Hi tried to contact a seller regarding wrong item delivered.
When I try to go on contact seller it just says people are asking, then I click on still contact seller and it goes back to item page not message. Tried doing the same on item from another seller and exactly the same happens so can not be seller not accepting messages must be an issue

·5 months agoPer eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers, you don't need to contact the seller at all.
You find the item in your Purchase History, click on "want to return".
Reason: Not as described.
The seller is supposed to send you a prepaid return label if he wants it back and to refund you when he gets it. If it's not worth it for him to want it back, he should refund you.
If he does not respond either way, you can return to your case in 4 days and ask eBay to intervene.
You have 30 days past the delivery date to do this with eBay.
May I respectfully suggest that you read the Money Back Guarantee? Hopefully, you'll have no further issues in your buying future, but wouldn't it be nice to know exactly what to do if that should happen?
