Has anyone else experienced an issue with eBay shipping labels being reported as "conterfeit"?
I printed a label that I had to cancel because the weight was wrong. I cancelled the label and purchased a new label. Well the tracking number for the cancelled label attached itself to the new label and USPS flagged it as a counterfeit label. So when you look on the tracking number for the label that was cancelled, it takes you to the tracking number of the new purchased label, a completely different tracking number. This is a disaster and needs to be looked into. I called customer support, after 21 minutes talking with a rep she decided to bring in a shipping specialist and they disconnected the call. I reshipped the item to my customer and so far have spent $15.00 on the shipping labels. Ebay, PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO FIX THIS ISSUE!
