Gift Card Redemption Outage - This code can't be applied to your order
When trying to redeem a gift card at checkout the error "This code can't be applied to your order." appears.

·Jul 10, 2026 at 11:08 PMWhile not 100% on this, if the gift card is Australian, you would not be able to buy from USA, works the same here they are for only domestic use. If not buying from USA maybe ask on the Australian board.

You are registered in Australia but you are currently signed in to ebay.com.
Make sure you are signed in to ebay.com.au and that you are not trying to purchase an item in a category that cannot be paid for using a gift card.
