Getting Access Denied error message on my eBay summary page
I'm getting the following message:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/myb/Summary" on this server.
Reference #18.e5422d17.1779061694.16fed12d
This happens on my eBay summary page if I attempt anything; doing a search or clicking on a watched item, order, etc.
Same error when trying Chrome or Edge. Tried rebooting my PC and clearing my browser cache and cookies. The problem still persists.

Do you get the same error if you perform the equivalent action on the Watch List or the Purchase History page?
In some cases, using a link that causes a redirection loop may trigger that error.
Are you using a VPN or hotspot? Try using a different network connection.
If you still run into problems, see here for some other suggestions:

Thanks for the assist.
I get the same error when I click on any of the links on the left side under Summary (Watchlist, Purchases, etc). Dido with anything showing on my Summary page; including an item I'm watching and my recent orders. It's like I'm stuck on an unresponsive page.
I'm not using a VPN or hotspot. In scanning through the link you provided I don't think my problem is related to Akamai restricting my access. I'm able to pull up other websites. I will try restarting both my router and modem and see if that helps.

Somehow the problem was due to permissions. I found the fix after searching online.
For Chrome, the solution is:
Settings> Privacy and security> Site settings> View permissions
I scrolled down to eBay.com and removed it from the list
It should be the same procedure for Edge; delete cookies and permissions from eBay.
Hopefully this will help others who encounter this access denied problem.
