Are eBay messages not working this evening? I can read messages received but can’t send messages… and I can access messages only from the website, not from the app. Thank you!

·2 years agoSending messages is working for me in the Android version of the app (6.154.0.2).
What happens when you try to send a message?

OP2 years agoFrom the website: There is no option to “reply†to a message, only the option to read the message.
From the app: There is no “messages†area any longer that is accessible at this time. I have restarted the app to no avail.

What browser are you using? Any difference if you use another? When viewing a message from a member (not eBay), I see an big blue reply button when using Firefox on a Windows 10 machine.

In the eBay app, after using the My eBay icon at the bottom of the screen, there should be a small envelope icon at the top of the screen to reach your messages.
