For the love of not going into bankruptcy
EBAY can you please stop "updating" the website with more and more new stuff when so much of the site has been broken and not working properly ever since the Fall 2021 updates. Servers, checkout, offers, it's not you it's us, sorry try back later, search, search and more search, cannot get into ebay stores, items not found on ebay, did I mention search? Of course there is a whole list of many more issues (please see my 100 plus call in log for the past year and a half).
You shut down servers or something for maintenance/updates almost nightly and in doing so shut down all my sales, offers and customers email for 6-9 hours. When the site is not shut down overnight I make an extra $150-$250 a day and that's just my ebay store. When it's shut down nothing comes through for those 6-9 hours. Maybe put my store on a working server so I do not have to lose anymore money? After almost 10 hours shutdown last night on your part I am at my wits end. Fix the site, PLEASE!!!

I know you're right about the servers being wonky and I know this because I did something last Sunday that proved my point. I have a very small store and I sell weird things so I never expected more than a handful of sales each week...I usually have around 10 (give or take) but the past 2 months have been oddly slow and it got me thinking. I Ended all 415 items in my store Sunday night and used Sell Similar to relist all 415 items. I then proceeded to sell 20 items last week (including many items I'd had listed for MONTHS and I even sold one item on Bonanza where I'd sold NONE over the past year and Bonanza gets its feed directly from eBay. The search still isn't working in my store or my Seller Hub when I search for specific items I know are there. This is beyond frustrating when I'm paying for a store and I know buyers can't successfully search my store.
