Fix your website issues.
I received an email from ebay stating someone signed into my account from IOWA. If it wasn't me (and it wasn't I don't live in Iowa) to change my password. How can I change my password when I can't sign in?? Keep getting error messages! FIX IT!

·4 months agoEbay is well aware of this issue. We are all having the same issue. There are a bunch of things down right now through Ebay.

Likely the issue is related to the sitewide issues that others are experiencing for the last two days.
If you are able to reach the community and you are signed in here, try using the link in the upper right to reach your My eBay page by clicking on your profile picture icon. From there, see if you can change your password on your account page, or try this link:
