Fix request an invoice for combined shipping

eBay has really dropped the ball on this. If a seller accepts an offer from you or requests an invoice on a mobile device, they can't request an invoice for combined shipping. How can eBay let this happen? I've lost too many sales because of this. I have to send screen shots on how to request an invoice or explain why they can't request one. Then I tell them they can purchase the items and I'll issue a refund for the difference for combined shipping. I've complained many times and nothing has been done. Get on your game eBay!
