Is anyone else experiencing inaccuracies on their feedback page? The feedback numbers in my table have been flip-flopping for the past couple of weeks. I have used the ? to report the issue to eBay, and also reported it through Instagram; however, the issue persists.

OP1 month agoJust a heads-up about another possible feedback issue you all might want to watch for.
34 items were delivered on June 30th. No feedback from the buyer yet, and no case opened. Normally, I see the automatic feedback on day 8 after delivery. Nothing yesterday. I realize this could be lag time with the automatic feedback, but I am keeping an eye on it.

·1 month ago@mcdougle4248 After many days of not being there....that 2 in the 12 month negative feedback has returned. Again. This was from May of 2025. I thought these fell off after a year. In addition, if you click on the 2 there is only one negative there to read.

·1 month agoMy one neutral also fell off for a few days and now it's back again unfortunately!! Mine was from early June 2025.

·1 month agoYes it was happening to me too. It flips back and forth. I can easily tell because one negative should have fallen off and it keeps coming back, then disappearing, then coming back, then disappearing. Today mine is fine. Yesterday it was not. Thanks for bringing this up! :-)

This issue has been going on for almost a month now. I have reported the issue numerous times, both using the ?, as well as via eBay for Sellers Instagram page. Here are a couple of new screenshots from July 1st and today, July 5th, that show the discrepancies.
