Extra Payout this morning for weekly payout
Several users are reporting receiving an extra payout this morning.
Most if not all use weekly payouts.

·1 year agoI reviewed my weekly Tuesday payouts and noticed one on 7/08/2025, followed by a delayed payout on 7/18/2025.
However, there was no payout on Tuesday, the 15th.

I used to do daily payouts, but that just seemed like too many emails and too many transactions, and I decided to give weekly a try. That was a few years ago now, and I don't miss daily at all. Weekly makes it so much easier for me, as it works like a regular payday. I know that every Wednesday, I get my payday from ebay. I can budget my life accordingly. And when there's irregular situations (like a buyer has an issue, starts a return, or whatever), there are funds to cushion that, because there's always a balance for ebay to work with (I never "owe" the amount, waiting for something else to sell to cover the difference).

·1 year agoI called the customer service Hit #1, then #0, until a representative comes on the line.
He stated that numerous sellers did not receive their weekly payout on Tuesday, so eBay had to reset the payout system to resolve the issue. They had to send any available funds to all sellers in order to restart the system. The payout today will be deducted from the next payout, like a partial payout.

Hey @eastlaneave! Thank you for sharing this. There is an open sitewide ticket open under ALERT16072 for sellers having scheduled for weekly payouts, but received two payouts in this week. The Product team is working on resolving this issue as soon as possible.

·1 year ago@eastlaneave My best guess is because some members didn't receive their Tuesday payout so they just sent everyone a payout today.
