extended warranty seller not taking messages

trying to contact a seller of extended warranty & i get a message the seller i not taking any messages. i bought a 2 year extended warranty on may 9th 2026 and the item is not working properly, the seller is having an issue with my video of the device not working properly he has indicated he cannot open my zip file.

Is this a warranty offered by the seller or one you purchased using Allstate?

Warranties offered by sellers are supposed to follow this policy. https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-policies/warranties-policy?id=4245

I would also recommend sending a private/unlisted link from a reputable video hosting site such as youtube in order to share the video instead of a zip file.
