Express Payout Fee Charged, Normal Deposit Made
Initiated an express payout (30 min or less) last night, was charged the fee, and the deposit is showing as "available in 1-3 days". Saw a post on the mentor board advising a user that it was probably because the poster used a debit card. This is not the case for here, nor is it a correct response as "express" are supposed to post in 30 min or less regardless of the type of account. The deposit was made to the same account all deposits have been going to, and posting properly in, for the past 18 months. This is not a user error. Fees for users experiencing this need to be reversed and payments need to be deposited.

·8 months agoSame thing happened to me. Got charged the $2 and didn’t receive the payment to my bank account until the next day. It’s the first time it’s ever happened to me. I tried to get help but couldn’t find where I could even state my case because I couldn’t get through the AI assistant.

·8 months agoThis happened to me last night too. I've contacted eBay for business and their reply is that they will put my name in with a ticket and that fees will be returned. Where is the money and what is going to be done? I'm clueless because even eBay for business is trying to close the chat before I'm done with my questions.

·8 months agoSame thing for me. The 2.00 was taken out for express but nothing has shown up in my account and email says 1-3 days.
