Experiences and Solutions for eBay Label Purchase Freezes on the App
I've been experiencing issues when trying to purchase labels through the eBay app. Every time I scroll down to buy labels, the app freezes before I can click the button. This forces me to close the app, and as a workaround, I have to purchase labels on my home computer and email them to myself for use at the post office.
Has anyone else encountered similar issues?

Are you able to purchase labels directly using a mobile browser? That might save you a step or two if you are unable to use the app.
Some app issues can be helped by uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then reinstalling the latest version of the eBay app. This should provide a clean install, which may help if a previous installation did not finish properly, which can sometimes prevent further updates.
