Excluded "Free Shipping" Promo on Heavy Category, Ebay put it back? TWICE maybe a 3rd
So, like the titles says:
My first promo was "Free Shipping Over $50", and I excluded ceramic molds, I thought. Well, it didn't take much time for someone to order molds in the teens on that deal. 12 hours of shipping! Yikes. At this point I thought it was my fault. Here's where things are really crazy.
- Ended said $50 Promo, and a few days later started a $40, to my knowledge I carefully excluded molds.
- Not a novice at web interfaces, and used this interface many times on other sales to exclude. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary.
- The next day I was browsing, making changes to my inventory when I saw the Free Shipping on the molds. At this point I was thinking that my newly added molds were not getting pulled in, but I went to check and sure enough the molds category was checked again. I repaired it AGAIN. Still giving the function the benefit of the doubt, and that it was my fault or it could be trusted I continued.
- Just had someone order molds .... well... you know what happened. I just ended my promotion, I can't deal with it, not sure how that is happening.
