Error Submitting Offers
I've tried submitting offers on multiple listings and have received the following error message each time:
"We are unable to send your message at this time.{e178831-1230063x}"

I've tried submitting offers on multiple listings and have received the following error message each time:
"We are unable to send your message at this time.{e178831-1230063x}"

In the past that error message has been linked to offers with messages containing contact information, or something that may appear to be contact information to a simple filter script.
Make sure you are not including any links, email addresses or phone numbers, or anything that might be mistaken for those things in your message text.
That error message may be the result of some other problem, but that is one thing you can check.

·3 years agoThis has been a problem for a little over 4 weeks now. I get errors trying to accept them, I have customers who cannot send them.
