Error processing request when accepting a seller's offer

I have been sent an offer from a seller, and whenever I try to accept it I am greeted with a 'there was an error processing your request' message. The item is still available, I have tried multiple devices and browsers, each with the same issue.

Yes, for the last 20 hours the offers have been a mess and not working right. Then again they have not worked properly for over a year now.

If you are using a link in an email, be sure you are signed in to the same eBay account on the same eBay site, and that the seller ships to your country.
