Ended/Unsold/Draft/Scheduled listings - can't delete or perform bulk actions - June 19 2025
Anybody experiencing these problems, please click the ? icon on the lower right of the page and select the option at the bottom of the window that pops up to file a tech report. Don't waste your valuable time calling CS when the ? option is so fast and gets the same task accomplished!
- All action buttons are grayed out on the unsold/ended listings and drafts and scheduled listings pages.
- Users cannot delete listings or perform bulk actions.
- Checking the box to select all is ineffective.
- Navigation bar and ability to adjust filters is not working, either. Can only see the default "unsold and not relisted" and can't clear those filters due to missing buttons.
Edit to add: This problem has been repaired. You can ignore the below tags Kyle/Devon/Elizabeth - you probably won't even see them until tomorrow since today is a holiday.
It's super early so I expect we'll see a lot of reports on this before you sign in @kyle@ebay @devon@ebay @elizabeth@ebay. My hope is this glitch du jour will be fixed before you even see this post. When you check in to Community this morning, can you see if there is an open tech ticket on this one - or hopefully a resolution already in place? Thanks!

eBay provides free relists for auction listings as an option for new or occasional sellers. Once eBay determines that a seller is no longer a new or occasional seller, the free auction relists are no longer available.
For the items you are selling, I suggest using the Buy It Now (good until canceled) option going forward, so you will not use up all your free listings so quickly.

Because these issues are with Seller Hub pages, some of them can be worked around using My eBay until this is fixed.

OP1 year agoYes. We may not hear from the Community team today. But that doesn't mean there aren't people reviewing the ? reports of tech issues, so we may still see a fix today.
With something this widespread they usually fix it same day. If Juneteenth conflicts with getting that done, we should see a fix by EOD tomorrow. Based on past similar issues, that is.

·1 year agoI'm having the exact same problem. I can't search my own items because everything is grayed out. Glad to see that others are experiencing the same issues and hope they get it solved soon.

·1 year agoHaving the same issue on ended inventory only. Called ebay support and they know it's currently a known issue on some accounts. You should call and report it as well.
