Ended Listings NOT appearing on 'Inactive'
Summary: lincs_golf reported an issue where 145 of their ended listings did not appear in the Inactive section on eBay, preventing them from relisting as 'sell similar'. dazed_n_confuzed and their niece also experienced similar problems with listings disappearing. Though eBay initially denied any issues, 44012 noted the problem was reported on a technical board and Down Detector. mam98031 confirmed eBay is aware of the problem and the Product team is addressing it under ticket ALERT17029.
I have ended 200 of my listings, at just after 2pm today (and on 'Active' it showed as "200 listings were successfully ended." immediately this was done. I have been going across to Inactive listings since then every few minutes (as sometimes it can take up to 10 minutes for them to show on there), BUT only 55 of the ended listings are on there - I am missing 145 of the ended ones, and I need them all before I can put them all back on eBay as 'sell similar' listings.... Anyone experiencing anything similar today?

·1 week agoEbay is aware of this issue. The Product team is aware that the issue of seller's ended listings, newly listed listings and relisted listings are not showing in active listing page or draft listings page or in inactive section. There is an open ticket under ALERT17029 and they are working on a solution asap.

·2 weeks agoI listed seven things earlier today. They showed up for a few minutes when I was cross posting but now they’re gone. Nowhere to be found as if I never listed them. Been over three hours and still haven’t appeared. I have a niece who has also listed and taken listings down to repost and they are also gone. Contacted eBay and they said they had no report of any issues
