Ended listings are not showing in "inactive" again just like last week ticket ALERT17029
Just like last week, I ended 77 listings this morning but they are not showing in the inactive list.
The ticket number was ALERT17029
They are in my active listings but when you click on it it states the item has ended.
When I view my items ending today in seller hub, it states there are 37.
When you click that link, the list is empty.

·1 week agoThat's not the only column that it's happening.
In my hub it says 170 unsold and not relisted, but when I click on it, only 140 show there.
Also, in hub it says 3 auctions with bids, but when I click on it, only 1 shows.

·1 week agoAnd your surprised? Ebay implementing AI is a big mistake.
There are many ongoing issues and nothing is addressed. They say they will, even with your technical "tickets". The "ticket" is only given to make us go away. They lie to us and nothing is addressed or fixed. Keeps getting worse every day.
We all need to go elsewhere.

·1 week agoEbay has been using AI for YEARS. This is something new for some members, but it isn't new on this site.

·1 week agoAre you seeing them in your Seller Hub under Active Listings? If so, that is the way those listings will show [in active listings] but with a zero balance available. In your store, they would not show up.

OP1 week agoThey did show in my store and in my items for sale links in incognito but when you click it, it states it has ended. It also was not in my "inactive" listings.

·1 week agoWhat does this mean? "...my items for sale links in incognito..."
Sometimes there is a timing issue for when the site re-indexes. So a zero qty listing may still show in the store, but buyers can't purchase from it as there is no qty available. Did this issue persist over days or more?

OP1 week agoNo - but it was the exact same issue as last week experienced by multiple users. When you view "items for sale", it displays all listings, even those which have ended.
